Job Description

Gill Staffing is a locally owned, market leader in employment services in West Michigan. For more than 30 years, we've been dedicated to the future economic success of Western Michigan based companies and its residents. We are currently looking for a dynamic, driven individual to fill a role in our Grand Rapids office. In this role you will be responsible for onboarding new employees, employee file maintenance and sourcing of candidates for contract and direct hire positions. To be successful in this role you must have excellent organizational skills, computer proficiency and love working with people.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success working in fast-paced and deadline oriented environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

• Interact with potential candidates over the phone and online to schedule interviews with HR team members.

• Develop knowledge of the industries we serve and specific customer requirements.

• Build strong working relationships with applicants and team members.

• Ensure all data is collected and maintain candidate databases.

• Create a positive experience for job applicants.
