Gillund Enterprises / JB Distributing has been in business for 50 years in the Midwest. Justice Brothers manufactures the highest quality additives, cleaners and lubricants, with over 80 years of experience in the additive business. Gillund enterprises / JB Distributing company, Inc. is currently hiring for a sales representative position in the eastern half of South Dakota. Job Scope: Gillund Enterprises / JB Distributing company sells and delivers Justice Brothers car care products to many different businesses throughout the Midwest region. Customer base includes, parts stores, automotive repair shops, agricultural implement dealerships, car dealerships fleets industrial accounts, manufacturing, just to name a few. There are over 300 established accounts in this area currently. Job Responsibilities: The sales representative's responsibilities are to stop and visit all current accounts, plus develop new business. Sales calls entail selling, sticking, cleaning stock, refacing stock, demonstrating product, educating staff and new staff, introduction of new products, being able to clearly show product features and benefits, and most importantly creating customer relationships. Sales representative is responsible for generating and mailing in weekly reports, invoices, expense reports, and monies collected from sales. Qualifications: What we are looking for is a self-starting person. A person that works well on their own. Upbeat personality, with the ambition to want to succeed. Structure, being able to plan their work schedule successfully and profitably. * Sales experience a plus. Route sales experience, not route delivery experience. *A good listener with the ability to discern and act on what has been said. * Focus on customer needs / wants, and technical issues. * Ability to build relationships. *continuous drive to develop sales territory. * Clean drivers license.
