    Job Description

    We are seeking a customer service representative with strong data entry skills. All customer transactions from start to finish are electronic in nature and there is limited front facing interactions with the customers. We have a strong office team environment. It is quiet but interactive between the team members and departments. The administrative manager is a team builder and supports growth throughout the team. We have a strong culture of training and growth within the company is welcome.

    Duties:

    Receive purchase orders into our ERP.

    Produce picklists for the warehouse to pull the product.

    Reconcile pulled picklists against POs and create invoices.

    Coordinate shipments into LTL and Truckload shipments.

    Requirements:

    Intermediate knowledge of Excel.

    Attention to detail.

    A desire to work in a team and collaborative environment.
