Job Description

The Ginarte law firm, a well established personal injury trial firm with eight offices and 150 employees, seeks a qualified candidate to handle auto and negligence claims in our downtown Manhattan office. We require a minimum of 7 to 10 years experience. The position entails working up and settling auto, negligence and premises cases. Knowledge of New York state no-fault law and experience handling claims from inception to settlement is a must.

Starting salary is $200K plus performance bonus. We offer liberal benefits package including top tier health insurance, Profit-Sharing, 401(k), vacation, personal/ sick days.
