    90% PERSONAL ASSISTANT POSITION, WORK FROM HOME/REMOTE, BUT MUST RESIDE WITHIN 30 MILES OF SAN FRANCISCO, CA FOR RUNNING ERRANDS WITHIN THE SF BAY AREA (REQUIREMENT); BILINGUAL A PLUS, BUT NOT REQUIRED

    • Must have experience working as a Full-time Personal Assistant, Estate Manager/House Manager for a minimum of 4+ years -Ideal candidate will have experience as a Personal and Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals

    • Must reside within 30 miles of San Francisco, CA, and have extensive knowledge of the SF Bay Area

    • Bilingual in Spanish/English is a big plus, but not a requirement

    • The candidate should have experience with heavy calendar management, international travel coordination, and excellent communication skills while making sure the CEO's personal life runs smoothly

    • Experience in managing multiple priorities, executive support, and coordinating complex logistics

    • A minimum of a 4-year degree and/or substantial relative experience preferred; Graduate degrees welcomed, but not required

    • Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

    • A positive attitude while being reliable and dedicated to their work

    • Must be able to work legally in the US, US Citizen, or Green Card Holder

    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Tech savvy and a quick learner

    Responsibilities

    • SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week; 90% remote/work from home position, on-site as needed; 5 - 10% travel in the US and international

    DUTIES:

    • Serve as a clear advocate for the CEO's schedule, should have experience with heavy calendar management, and excellent communication skills while making sure the CEO's personal affairs run smoothly

    • Manage a large number of meetings/calls with changing priorities and various internal and external participants, often in multiple locations and time zones

    • Coordinate and arrange all domestic and international travel including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and meal reservations

    • Prepare and file expense reports

    • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely submission of expenses and handling of invoices

    • Assist with projects, events, and other duties as requested

    • Interface with clients on behalf of the CEO

    • Manage key deadlines and collaborate with the CEO to ensure target dates are met across the board

    • Coordinate work with external third-party suppliers at our CEO’s home and follow up • Plan parties/events and act as the main contact the day of (remotely and in-person when needed). • Run errands in the Bay Area. • Drive CEO’s car to the car wash, body shop, etc. as needed. • Make recommendations (Venues, Exhibitions, etc. in the area.

    Benefits
