PART-TIME MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE—RETAIL AND CUSTOMER CARE (CHATTANOOGA)
Do you provide extraordinary customer service via phone, in-person, and email? Are you eager to assist with sales of Girl Scout products in a retail setting? Are you organized and detail oriented? Would you enjoy being part of a nonprofit organization dedicated to girls and young women? If yes, the Girl Scout Council of Southern Appalachians is looking for you. We are seeking a part-time Member Services Representative for our leadership center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
Under guidance of the assigned department head, the Member Services Representative is the first point of customer contact for inquiries via phone, email or in person, including retail shops. Responsible for providing the highest level of customer service to all current and prospective members, both external and internal, by utilizing all systems, policies, and procedures established by the Council.
Hours are 12:45 pm-5:15 pm Monday through Friday with one Saturday once a month.
