Membership and Volunteers are vital to Girl Scouts of Colorado’s success in delivering on its mission. Girl Scouts of Colorado offers a wide variety of programming and training for girls and adults throughout the year.
YOU WILL
The Volunteer Support Specialist (VSS) is essential to the onboarding and retention of volunteers and girl members. The VSS are responsible for implementing and assessing comprehensive year-round membership support strategies that increase girl and volunteer membership and enhance retention. The VSS develops and works closely with teams of service unit volunteers and direct-service volunteers to ensure they have the necessary resources to provide high-quality program experiences to girls.
Frequent travel required within the support area.
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE, VEHICLE AND QUALIFIED INSURANCE TO PERFORM THIS JOB.

SALARY:
This position pays a range of $18.27-$20.91/hr
