WE ARE A 100% VIRTUAL COMPANY. THIS IS A FULLY REMOTE POSITION REQUIRING 30-40 HOURS PER WEEK. CLIENT INTERACTION IS ALSO ONLINE ONLY, SO YOU CAN BE PART OF OUR ORGANIZATION FROM ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
MANAGE LARGE AMOUNTS OF INCOMING COMMUNICATIONS (SALESFORCE, SLACK, EMAIL, SOCIAL MEDIA) IN A TIMELY MANNER (24-48 HOURS)
CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
SELL PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BY UNDERSTANDING CLIENT NEEDS AND RECOMMENDING OR OFFERING BEST PERSONAL SOLUTIONS FOR CLIENT
PROCESS INCOMING SALES LEADS AND GATHER REQUIRED INFORMATION
ASSIST WITH ORDERS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
SEEK TO AVOID CANCELLATIONS AS WELL AS MOVE TO UPGRADE ACCOUNTS
ANSWER CLIENT QUESTIONS OR COMPLAINTS IN A TIMELY MANNER
RESOLVE PRODUCT OR SERVICE ISSUES WITH CLIENTS
MAINTAIN RECORDS OF CLIENT INTERACTIONS, PROCESS AND FILE ACCOUNT DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY
MODERATE FACEBOOK GROUPS WITHIN GROUP GUIDELINES
KNOWLEDGE OF CURRENT RESOURCES (ARTICLES, FREE COURSES, ETC.) TO SHARE WITH INQUIRING CLIENTS
DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT WITH OPEN COMMUNICATION AND KNOWLEDGE OF CLIENT’S PERSONAL NEEDS
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH STRENGTH TRAINING, HEALTH, FITNESS, NUTRITION,
HAVE 2+ YEARS OF PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR CLIENT RELATIONS
CAN WRITE CLEAR, CONCISE COMMUNICATIONS THAT ARE EASILY UNDERSTOOD BY OTHERS
RESPOND TO EMAILS FROM AND TO CLIENTS SO THEY FEEL HEARD, UNDERSTOOD AND RESPECTED
GOOD AT PROBLEM-SOLVING, ESPECIALLY ON YOUR OWN
ABLE TO MULTI-TASK AND MANAGE YOUR TIME WELL
KNOWLEDGE OF SLACK, GOOGLE DRIVE, SALESFORCE, TRELLO
EXCELLENT COMPUTER SKILLS

HOURLY RANGE:
LEVEL 1 = 2-5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE = $18-$21/HOUR (THIS IS APPROXIMATELY $37,500-$43,680 PER YEAR, WHEN WORKING 40 HOURS/WEEK)
LEVEL 2 = 6-8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE = $20-$24/HOUR (THIS IS APPROXIMATELY $41,600-$49,920 PER YEAR, WHEN WORKING 40 HOURS/WEEK)
LEVEL 3 = 8+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE = $23-$28/HOUR (THIS IS APPROXIMATELY $47,840-$58,240 PER YEAR, WHEN WORKING 40 HOURS/WEEK)
