    OPPORTUNITY:

    Find purpose and excitement working with us at Giving Assistant. We're searching for an Ad Ops Intern to join our Growth and Marketing Team. This role will be responsible for executing our Advertising Campaigns, working closely with Marketing, Design, and Sales. You will learn the ins and outs of the Affiliate Marketing Industry, including Display Ad Operations, Reporting, Campaign Management, and more.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Plan, Traffic, and QA display ads on website for Advertising Brand Partners via Ad Server Platforms, working closely with Sales
    • Launch and QA Seasonal Marketing Campaigns on website, collaborating with Marketing and Design on deliverables
    • Support Campaign & Ad Ops Manager by assisting in every step of the campaign cycle, from forecasting, to management, to post-performance reporting

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Go-getter with a keen interest in Marketing, Ad Operations, or Sales
    • You are a team player and love to deliver outstanding results while having a fun time with your teammates doing it!
    • Able and eager to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
    • Resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
    • Excellent time management and communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail

    BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Current student with a concentration in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a similar field
    • Prior internship experience working in a fast-paced environment
    • Analytical and data-driven -- you can define KPIs and measure progress/success for your initiatives
    • Able to think across multiple dimensions of a business (sales, product, marketing etc.) and work cross-functionally to deliver results

    COMPENSATION:

    • $15-$20/hour
    • 15-20 hours/week
