    Giving Tree Realty has an immediate opening for a Recruiter to work in our fast paced real estate environment. You will be responsible for all stages of recruiting real estate professionals for multiple offices, using our cutting edge technology, social media platforms, networking, prospecting and representing our organization in the general real estate community.  Use your dynamic communication skills to actively identify, attract and recruit seasoned real estate professionals for an amazing career with Giving Tree Realty. This is a salaried position offering a generous compensation plan with bonuses, many perks, residual income and an expense account. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all aspects of agent recruiting • Assist with agent retention  • Copy - paste and implement extensive proven marketing/advertising plans created by our coaches to attract quality real estate agents • Manage recruiting CRM / database • Create landing pages and social media campaigns to drive agent traffic • Perform daily prospecting, nurturing + follow-up • Screen + interview all candidates • Present at local real estate schools and other realtor events Qualifications: • Our Ideal candidate is a charismatic LEADER, extremely outgoing, friendly, and trusted.Our ideal candidates: Giving Tree Realty is looking for an experienced individual to initiate, oversee, and manage recruiting and retention efforts for the firm. • MUST HAVE A 4-YEAR COLLEGE DEGREE  • Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting  • Military Recruiters welcome  • MUST HAVE NORTH CAROLINA REAL ESTATE LICENSE (South Carolina license a plus)  • Enjoy public speaking • Passion and dedication coupled with strong interpersonal and leadership skills are requiredGood character, integrity, honesty and a giving heart are critical matches to the culture of this organizationPassion for success and hungry for knowledge and growth are keyCome see how we are changing the landscape of the real estate industry one home sale at a time...
