Our team in Myrtle Beach and Conway is expanding, and we are in need of Sales Specialists to assist us in managing our growing number of leads. As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, your main responsibility will be assisting clients in buying and selling their homes. This will include researching available properties in the area, discussing clients' requirements and budgets to find suitable options, preparing marketing materials and listing agreements, and negotiating the best possible deal for clients. Additionally, you will provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. We are looking for a professional who has a solid understanding and knowledge of the real estate market in South Carolina. To excel in this role, you must have strong negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of industry regulations, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Ensuring the satisfaction of every client is crucial, so providing superior customer service throughout the entire process is essential. Responsibilities: • Consult with new clients in order to discover their needs and desires, and then fill them • Act as an intermediary between client and potential buyers/sellers from beginning to end • Help clients choose mortgage companies that best meet their needs • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales • Present purchase offers to sellers, and write purchase offers for buyers • Mentoring to help new agents thoroughly understand how to take clients from an offer to the closing table • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers Qualifications: • Must have an active SC Real Estate License • Self-motivated & goal-oriented • Willingness to learn the most current tools, systems, and technologies • Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
