Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information Qualifications: • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Must have an "Active" NC and/or SC Real Estate License • Serve as a strong advocate for clients and their goals • Exercise active listening and active questioning skills to build rapport and uncover client needs • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations • Show good organizational and time management skills • Must be committed to growth and willing to do the necessary work to succeed Compensation: $98,000 - $127,000 yearly
