    Giving Tree Realty has an immediate opening for a Recruiter to work in our fast-paced real estate environment. You will be responsible for all stages of recruiting real estate professionals for multiple offices, using our cutting edge technology, social media platforms, networking, prospecting, and representing our organization in the general real estate community.  Use your dynamic communication skills to actively identify, attract and recruit seasoned real estate professionals for an amazing career with Giving Tree Realty. This is a salaried position offering a generous compensation plan with bonuses, many perks, residual income, and an expense account. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all aspects of agent recruiting • Assist with agent retention  • Copy-paste and implement extensive proven marketing/advertising plans created by our coaches to attract quality real estate, agents • Manage to recruit CRM / database • Create landing pages and social media campaigns to drive agent traffic • Perform daily prospecting, nurturing, and follow-up • Screen and interview all candidates • Present at local real estate schools and other realtor events Qualifications: • Giving Tree Realty is looking for an experienced individual to initiate, oversee, and manage recruiting and retention efforts for the firm • Our Ideal candidate is a CHARISMATIC LEADER, extremely outgoing, friendly, and trusted Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000
