Responsibilities: • Timely and consistent follow-up with all lead inquiries • Maintain, nurture and grow relationships • Act as a Concierge or Consultant on the phone offering help, guidance and assistance • Creatively and systematically follow-up via telephone, text and email with (2) goals in mind: 1) Have a meaningful conversation 2) Set appointment • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to the team for measurement, analysis and accountability • Use our CRM to your advantage following best practices and setting reminders • Become a problem-solver who pinpoints the needs of clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust • Make compelling offers and set qualified appointments Qualifications: • Applicant must be familiar with CRM technology and be tech-savvy • Must take positive action every day • Eager to work, hungry for success and dedicated to always doing your very best • Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills • Able to rehearse and internalize scripts so that they become conversational • Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken • Must be passionate about helping others...
