Responsibilities: Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry Secure all candidate files and personal data to ensure confidentiality and the ability to pull their information throughout the recruitment process Find new talent for our sales team success and encourage them to join through phone calls, emails, in-person appointments, or other forms of communication Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program Responsibilities • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Our Corporate Headquarters in Dilworth and our Ballantyne satellite office have more appointments than we can handle!
