Responsibilities: • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Skilled in industry practices and lease language Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 at plan yearly
