Job Description

• Discuss design projects with our internal Sales team and/or

customers.

• Be able to select the appropriate designs needed, and/or create

the new designs to meet customer expectations.

• Make samples on a CAD table.

• Meet time schedules on projects with possible overtime involved

• Make production specifications from customer prototype(s).

• Work with Customer Service, Graphic Design, and Production to

ensure a satisfactory product is delivered to the customer.

• Expedite the resolution of client problems or complaints to ensure a

satisfied customer.

Qualifications

1-5 years of work experience in packaging, graphics, drafting,

or related field

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Artios CAD, cutting

table operation, and 3D rendering software a plus

• Ability to think creatively on how to streamline and automate

the design workflow

• Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Engineering/Design or equivalent

experience required.

• 1-5 Years (Experience in Packaging Design Required)
