We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex legal disputes. The Commercial Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property disputes, employment litigation, and other commercial disputes.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, intellectual property disputes, and employment litigation.
2. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop effective legal strategies and arguments.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including complaints, answers, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and court filings.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.
5. Advocate for clients' interests and rights in legal proceedings, ensuring fair and favorable outcomes.
6. Conduct discovery, including depositions, document production, and witness interviews.
7. Collaborate with clients, co-counsel, and expert witnesses to prepare for trial and other legal proceedings.
8. Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolution agreements when appropriate.
9. Stay current on changes in commercial law statutes, regulations, and legal precedents.
10. Uphold ethical standards and professional conduct in all aspects of legal practice.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and license to practice law in the jurisdiction.
