Glades Talent is representing a standout Home Health agency based looking for a talented Recruitment Specialist
Candidates MUST have previous Home Health/Home Care recruitment experience within a licensed agency.
Responsibilities:
\- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization
\- Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to attract qualified candidates
\- Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates
\- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
\- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
\- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required
\- Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
\- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
\- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies
\- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
\- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
\- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
\- Proven experience as a Recruiting Specialist or similar role
\- Familiarity with HR sourcing techniques and tools such as PeopleSoft, Kronos, etc.
\- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
\- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\- Ability to effectively interview candidates and assess their qualifications
\- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
\- Experience with succession planning is a plus
