    Position Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Estates, Wills, and Trusts Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning, probate administration, and trust management. They should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive estate planning services, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
    • Counsel clients on strategies to minimize estate taxes and ensure the efficient transfer of assets to beneficiaries.
    • Assist clients with probate and estate administration matters, including filing necessary documents and resolving disputes.
    • Advise clients on the establishment and administration of various types of trusts, including revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, and special needs trusts.
    • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to estates, wills, and trusts.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and provide tailored legal solutions to meet their needs.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
