Client Services Associate/ Database Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION: As a Client Services Associate with The Gladstone Group, your primary responsibility will be to assist the firm’s Principals (primarily Steven Clark; President of DAK Associates) in all client support and administrative duties.
In addition, the Client Services Associate’s responsibilities include maintaining our internal database (FileFinder, our CRM) by setting and enforcing standards. You will be responsible for data entry, data cleanup, and routine audits to maintain accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle phones, correspondence, mailers, word processing of reports and transcriptions
· Support client output (Formatting resumes, Position Evaluations, Write-Ups, RFP’s, and Contracts) in coordination with Principals
· Act as an interface for clients and prospects in a professional manner
· Diligently maintain and manage marketing campaigns and e-mail blasts
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
· All scheduling for new business PLUS interviews/meetings
· All travel arrangements
· Drafting/proofing/recording/tracking/PDFing all correspondence
· Filing/record maintenance (hard copies & electronic)
· Manage schedules (provide daily/weekly to do lists)
· Manage database – bounce back emails/addresses, “remove from marketing” lists, etc.
· Assist entire team as needed on mailers (seminar presentations, etc.)
· Screen/vet incoming calls
· Phone back-up
SKILL SET / BACKGROUND:
· Proficient with CRM software, ability to quickly learn our FileFinder CRM
· Microsoft Office Suite required
· Several years office experience – prefer Professional Services background
· Degree preferred
· Database / Research / Digital Marketing software skills helpful
