This position is with our new construction Glass and Glazing department. We are a close knit group of companies with a very successful history and tremendous growth potential. Job duties to include: Monthly Billings, Accounts Receivable collections, AIA documents, insurance COI's, lien wavers, some purchasing, plan and project reviews. Other tasks as assigned by President, project managers and estimators. Prior construction experience is a plus. Understanding monthly progressive billings, blueprint readings and or Glass and Glazing a plus. Must be able to meet deadlines and be a true team player working in a high energy, high paced office. Must be dependable, self motivated and able to multitask. Must have a high level of attention to detail. Must be computer literate and QuickBooks experience is a plus. Work week: M-F 8-5 with some occasional additional hours as required. Benefits to include: Paid Time Off Paid holidays.
