As an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative for Glass Doctor, you are a key member of the team because you will set the tone for the overall customer experience. You will be handling a variety of tasks, including sales and support calls. It will be your responsibility to proactively generate sales in addition to handling service requests and customer interactions.

Specific Responsibilities:

Identify customer needs and schedule service in a professional and courteous manner

Complete work orders, update status, document customer communications real time

Connect with customers showing empathy and concern, handle service issues as they arise.

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry - or any trade related business - is a plus but not required

Above average keyboard skills and comfort with current technology, including Word and Excel

Excellent communication skills

Good organizational and time management skills

Positive, engaging personality
