Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

We hire reliable, friendly, and customer service-focused glass professionals and office staff who are dedicated to creating a delightful customer experience.
As Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on sales and support calls. You are responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer interactions.
This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.
Specific Responsibilities:
Identify customer needs and schedule service in professional and courteous manner
Complete work orders, update status, document customer communications real time
Connect with customers showing empathy and concern, handle service issues as they arise.
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry - or any trade related business - is a plus
Above average keyboard skills, comfort with current technology including applications such as Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational and time management skills
Positive, engaging personality
