    Are you a natural salesperson eager to learn and implement evolving sales technology?

    Primary Function

    Drive sales electronically and via phone utilizing our state of the art applications.

    Specific Duties

    Convert to sale electronic and phone inquiries using the Glass Doctor System in a professional, responsive, and courteous manner.

    Identify customer need(s), react and respond appropriately, enter information into software in real time.

    Educate the customer. Explain our features/benefits.

    Quote job where appropriate. Schedule technician visit where necessary/advisable. Assume the sale.

    Aggressively follow up with unsold quotes electronically and by phone.

    Meet or exceed sales goals.

    In person, show products, answer questions, quote, and sell jobs to showroom visitors.

    Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and develop new accounts.

    For larger jobs and possible ongoing account opportunities, contact customers following job completion to verify satisfaction and sell additional jobs.

    Develop and maintain a spirit of cooperation, respect, and teamwork internally.

    Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    High school graduate.

    Prior experience in glass (either auto or flat), service, or construction industries not necessary, but a plus.

    Comfort in the electronic world. Have excellent hand speed and working knowledge of business software and spreadsheet applications.

    Outgoing and engaging personality.

    High degree of self-confidence.

    Driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction.

    Quick learner.

    Ability to listen and follow directions to perform job duties without being argumentative or disruptive.

    Ability to think in a logical and progressive manner.

    Ability to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

    Ability to write effective business correspondence.

    Accustomed to working in fast moving environments requiring timely attention to details and adjusting to unpredictable and changing conditions.

    Good organizational and time management skills to ensure scheduled deadlines are met.

    Self-motivated, energetic and results oriented with a high level of work intensity and a bias for action.

    Work Saturday work rotation as scheduled.

    Compensation:

    Glass Doctor is looking for career minded individuals. Starting compensation is $30,000 plus commission. Successful candidates can earn between $35-$75,000 annually.
