Primary Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
Collect customer payments and follow up on missed payments or past due accounts
Talking with suppliers to find the best price and availability of inventory
Keep, organize and maintain paper and electronic records of jobs and progress
Quoting products and services to customers in a manner consistent with maintaining profitability and efficiency
Assist in receiving materials, and stocking them in the shop
Complete work order paperwork, return customer calls and emails, and respond to customer concerns
Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions
Job Requirements:
Computer savvy, with working knowledge of word processing, general business software and spreadsheet applications
Experience billing and managing customer accounts
Comfortable handling customer conversations, objections, and managing expectations
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent personal organizational and time management skills
Professional appearance and personality
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Trades work and dispatch experience a plus!
