    As a Dispatcher/Inside sales rep, you are a key member of the team and act as the operation hub. You work closely with installers, specialist technicians, and customers to ensure a smooth workflow and successful operation. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

    You lead by example, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and think in a logical and progressive manner. Confident and detail-oriented, you are accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Schedule manpower assignments and insure Emergency Service program is executed

    Maintain a log of company equipment and tools, including periodic physical inventories and inspections.

    Ensure that invoices, route sheets, time cards, daily and weekly reports are completed and turned in by all team members timely and accurately

    Assist in Checking in material with delivery drivers.

    Execute Service With Advanced Training (SWAT)

    Sell flat glass services to customers.

    Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

    Handle a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls.

    Ability to monitor and proficiently interact with customers on social media sites, including Facebook, Yelp, and Google Business pages.

    Job Requirements:

    High school graduate or equivalent

    Competent reading tape measure 1/16" of an inch

    Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus

    Computer literate, with a working knowledge of word processing, business software, and spreadsheet applications

    Proficiency to navigate tablet-based technology

    Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

    Good organizational and time management skills.

    Marketing skills a plus with online social media platforms.

    Saturday rotation every three weeks.

    Requires ability to lift and carry 50 to 70 pounds

    Benefits: Glass Doctor pays 50% of HMO healthcare costs upon completion of 90-day probation.
