This position is for you if you are self-motivated, energetic, and results oriented with a high level of work intensity. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

As a part-time Office and Warehouse Administrator, you are a key member of the team and act as the operation hub. You work closely with installers, and customers to ensure a smooth workflow and successful operation. You are responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer concerns. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

You lead by example, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and think in a logical and progressive manner. Confident and detail-oriented, you are accustomed to working in fast-paced environments and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities:

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner

Complete work orders and return customer calls

Sell glass services to customers, when necessary

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:

Computer literate, with working knowledge of work processing, business software and spreadsheet applications

Excellent communication skills

Good organizational and time management skills

Professional appearance and personality
