In this customer-facing role, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible to provide exceptional customer service in person, on the phone, and via the Internet. In addition, this role performs in a sales capacity by promoting Glass Doctor's full portfolio of products and services. The mission of the CSR is to maximize revenues, while ethically balancing the needs of the customer with solution options. This position requires outstanding communication skills, true multi- tasking experience, a willingness and ability to learn all aspects of our business.

RESPONSIBILITIES: -- Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, determine purpose of the call, and collect/verify contact information -- Ensure all required technical and financial information is obtained for each work order -- Obtain, document, and verify all insurance information -- Provide price, schedule, and quality quotes for automotive jobs and set appointments for flat projects in order to promptly close the sale -- Schedule the competed work order for the same day or the first customer-available date -- Handle multiple phone lines/customers at a time -- Exhibit a sense of urgency in person and on the phone

REQUIREMENTS: One to three years in a customer facing role Outstanding phone skills Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to accomplish the goals of this position Demonstrated ability to close sales Strong verbal/written skills, to include proof-reading and basic math skills Computer and Internet skills Sales, up-selling, and cross-selling experience preferred
