    Sales Representative Gatsby Glass Provo

    Location: Orem, Utah Employment Type: Full-Time

    About the Role

    As a Sales Representative at Gatsby Glass, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling glass products, metal frameworks, hardware, and installation services to residential and commercial clients. You will build strong customer relationships, generate leads, and uphold the company’s standards of quality and professionalism. Success in this role requires creativity in lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

    Key Responsibilities

    Generate new business through networking, cold calling, canvassing, and relationship building.

    Present solutions and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.

    Provide accurate estimates and manage the sales process from order to installation.

    Maintain constant communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.

    Monitor work orders and ensure customer expectations are met.

    Maintain detailed records in CRM and prepare regular sales reports.

    Follow up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Answer inbound calls and manage customer inquiries following established sales processes.

    Required Qualifications

    High School Diploma or GED.

    3+ years of experience in customer service or commercial sales in Glass.

    Valid driver’s license.

    Working knowledge of CRM systems.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Familiarity with glass products and installation processes.

    Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM tools.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

    Ability to adapt to change and resolve issues under pressure.

    Performance Expectations & Metrics

    Conduct 4+ appointments per day on average.

    Maintain close ratio of 60% or higher.

    Achieve average ticket price of $2,500+ and gross margin >35%.

    Complete follow-up calls within 48 hours post-installation.

    Utilize sales tools and CRM systems effectively for reporting and tracking.
