Internship GlassBandit believes recycling your glass should be convenient and affordable. We are a small, local business that provides curbside glass recycling for homes and businesses throughout the Kansas City area. We are looking for self-motivated and outgoing marketing or environmental students seeking an active and contributing role in the company. You will not be asked to make coffee runs or do any other trivial tasks. Everything you do will be relevant to the company's ongoing success as well as your career development. As an intern, your ultimate objective will be to grow GlassBandit's customer base. Together, we will develop a marketing plan with an actual budget that you will execute throughout the semester. You will have the opportunity to conduct different strategies across various platforms. You will analyze the results of each strategy to determine the best practices. We will mentor you and provide guidance, but we will not hold your hand. You will supervise yourself, and you will make your own schedule. We want to see you utilize your strengths to achieve success, and success will result in compensation.
