Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of MLS listings including signage coordination, inspection scheduling and property marketing to lead to quick sales Follow up with all leads to schedule listing appointments Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests Contact potential sellers to schedule and conduct listing presentations to showcase agency’s unprecedented customer service • Work with Project Manager to stage, price and market homes • Pull CMA's for all seller properties both on the acquisition side and residential Qualifications: Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Ability to communicate effectively Professional in attitude and appearance Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities Be a team player who thrives working with a tight knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line Self motivated and self sufficient Completes tasks quickly and efficently • Real Estate License preferred or inactive license Compensation: $100,000 commission potential
