A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE POSITION: Glaz-Tech Industries is looking to fill an on-site ACCOUNTING CLERK POSITION. THE INTERN WILL WORK ALONGSIDE OUR SENIOR ACCOUNTING TEAM AND CFO. PAY: $14.00/hour Candidates must be eager to learn, responsible and have an interest in growing in the field of accounting. Although previous experience is not required, we are looking for candidates that have or are currently taking accounting, management and communication courses. Those with previous office experience will be preferred.  FUNCTION RELATED ACTIVITIES/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Classification and implementation of accounting codes for products and services rendered at all Glaz-Tech locations. 

• Verify authenticity of incoming invoices and purchase orders. Requires communication with location office managers, CFO, and vendors.

 * Assisting accountant specialist and accountant with entry of daily deposits, credit card processing, and communication with office managers regarding accounts. 

TIME COMMITMENT

The office is open between the hours of 8 a.m.- 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Clerk will be required to commit to 25-30 hours a week. The company is located next to the airport.
