Job Summary
We are seeking a Brand Ambassador to join the team at our thriving and fast growing Donut shop. In this role, you will work on the frontline and you could be assigned at anyone of our 5 location, but your will be mainly assigned at our Paramus mall location. You will represent and advertise our brand, acts as the embodiment of the company's corporate identity through your words and actions. You will welcome guests, introduce them to our brand and all of our product offerings, offer samples of our products, inform them of any specials, Flavors of the Month, any other promotional information, and lead them over to one of our Glazers for service or give information to assist with catering and or events.

Your goal is to quickly build rapport with customer and make them feel welcome, you must be well versed in our product and obtain the knowledge to answer any product questions.

The ideal candidate is always smiling, extremely friendly, outgoing, very energetic and always committed to providing an exceptional experience with each and every interaction.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience as a brand Ambassador is not necessary, but is preferred
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
