Key Responsibilities

Job Preparation: Inspect and verify all glass, materials, and hardware for accuracy before heading to a job site.

On-Site Support: Assist the lead Glazier with installing windows, doors, custom showers, and commercial glass.

Customer Service: Confirm job details with customers upon arrival, respect their property (always wearing protective booties!), and maintain a clean workspace.

Job Wrap-Up: Educate customers on product care and warranty information before leaving.

Requirements

No experience required! Construction experience is a plus, but we will fully train the right candidate with the right work ethic.

Ability to read a tape measure accurately.

Ability to lift 50–100 lbs regularly.

A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset.
