Responsibilities:

Assist senior technicians with the installation of frameless glass products, including shower enclosures, railings, mirrors, and other custom glass applications.

Learn and adhere to safety protocols and best practices in glass handling and installation.

Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Follow instructions and seek guidance from experienced professionals to develop skills in glass cutting, measuring, and installation techniques.

Provide excellent customer service during installations, ensuring client satisfaction with the finished product.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Interest in learning and developing skills in the construction or glass industry.

Ability to work well in a team environment and follow directions effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites across Oahu.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus.

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.

Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
