Pay Rate: $31.00/hr-$38.00/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-3:30pm (some overtime may be required)

Job Scope:

• Install glass windows, doors, mirrors, shower enclosures, and architectural features in residential and commercial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate installation.
• Measure and cut glass to precise specifications.
• Operate saws, drills, and other power tools safely and efficiently.
• Install trim, doors, and windows with a focus on quality and detail.
• Operate lifts, lulls, and forklifts to safely move materials.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Experience handling and cutting glass.
• Proficiency in operating saws, drills, and other power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral) for collaboration with colleagues and clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
