    ABOUT THIS ROLE

    We're looking to build the next billion-dollar business in B2B SAAS. We have an amazing team already, with experts in product, engineering, machine learning, and marketing. 

    We are now looking to grow our sales division. This is perfect for a driven, energetic, and coachable individual seeking an opportunity that will lead to professional growth in sales. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter, capable of using your initiative and creativity to achieve goals.  A Spend Management Expert (SME) will generate more happy, paying customers by working cross-functionally and signing exciting new companies to drive the growth of Glean. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. 

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities 

    • Prepare and present product demonstrations 

    • Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline 

    • Target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines 

    • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system 

    • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences 

    • Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners

    • Drive an effective sales process to hit (and exceed!) your quarterly goals

    PERFECT FIT FOR

    You should have...

    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
    • At least 3-5 years software (SaaS) sales experience 
    • Proven experience of accurately forecasting and hitting targets 
    • Experience with strategic prospecting
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up environment 
    • Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed 
    • Adaptability to new initiatives 
    • Experience with Fin-tech environment 
    • Ability to work remotely and autonomously
