WHO IS GLEAUX?
OUR MISSION IS TO CREATE THE BEST, MOST ENGAGING HUMAN EXPERIENCE IN THE PROFESSIONAL AUTOMOTIVE WASH INDUSTRY. WE STARTED IN OCTOBER OF 2019 WITH OUR FIRST LOCATION, AND ALTHOUGH THE PANDEMIC SLOWED US DOWN A BIT, WE WILL HAVE OUR FOURTH LOCATION OPEN SOON AFTER YOU JOIN THE TEAM, WITH MANY MORE IN THE WORKS.
SOME HAVE COMPARED US TO A VERY POPULAR CHICKEN SANDWICH COMPANY (CHECK OUT OUR REVIEWS), BECAUSE WE PRIDE OURSELVES IN SERVING EVERY SINGLE GUEST EXCEPTIONALLY. WE BELIEVE EVERY GUEST IS IMPORTANT, AND WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THEY KNOW THAT THEY ARE IMPORTANT TO US. THAT STARTS WITH SERVING OUR TEAM WELL FIRST, AND SERVING EACH TEAM MEMBER, BECAUSE THEY ARE IMPORTANT TO US. EVERY TEAM MEMBER IS VALUABLE AND WHEN WE SERVE THEM, THEY SERVE GUESTS EXCEPTIONALLY WELL TOO.

RESPONSIBLE FOR PREDICTING ROI FOR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSESSING ROI FOR MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
BRAINSTORM NEW AND CREATIVE MARKETING INITIATIVES
RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING FUNDRAISERS FOR LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS
RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING EVENTS AT GLEAUX
RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMUNICATING WITH LOCAL MEDIA OUTLETS
RESPONSIBLE FOR GATHERING AND REPORTING COMMUNITY FEEDBACK TO BETTER ADVERTISE TO OUR TARGET MARKET
RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING AND EXECUTING A PLAN TO CONSISTENTLY COLLECT CONTENT FROM EACH SITE BY WORKING WITH A MARKETING TEAM AND SITE LEADERS
RESPONSIBLE FOR CONNECTING WITH APPAREL BRANDS TO DESIGN AND ORDER GLEAUX SWAG
RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING AND COACHING MARKETING INTERNS
ADAPT CONTENT TO LEVERAGE STRENGTHS AND REACH OF SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS
INTERACT WITH USERS ON SOCIAL MEDIA
RESPOND TO DIRECT MESSAGES/COMMENTS
MONITOR SOCIAL MEDIA FEED FOR RELEVANT CONTENT AND TRENDS
EDIT PHOTO AND VIDEO CONTENT
USE THE WASHIFY POS PLATFORM TO EXECUTE EMAIL AND TEXT MARKETING CAMPAIGNS
ASSIST WITH MEMBERSHIP SERVICES/COMMUNICATION INCLUDING EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, AND TEXT MESSAGING
ATTEND ROUTINE MARKETING CADENCE
ATTEND ROUTINE MANAGEMENT TEAM MEETINGS
CREATE REPORTS FOR PARTNERSHIPS, PROMOTIONS, AND INITIATIVES

WE DO NOT HAVE A BIG, STUFFY CORPORATE OFFICE, BUT WE DO HAVE FUN OFFICE SPACES TO UTILIZE WHEN NOT WORKING REMOTELY. OR IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT ISN’T REMOTE AND YOU WANT TO WORK IN THE OFFICE, YOU’LL HAVE A FUN PLACE TO CALL YOURS.
