Overview: GlenOaks Senior Living Campus is seeking a dynamic and community-driven Marketing/Admissions coordinator to spearhead marketing efforts across the New London, MN area. This individual will play a pivotal role in promoting skilled nursing and long-term care services offered by this location. The successful candidate will embody a passion for community outreach, possess energy and enthusiasm, and be willing to engage with local communities to foster lasting relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
* Devise comprehensive marketing plans to promote skilled nursing and long-term care services.
* Create targeted campaigns to increase awareness and community engagement.
* Utilize a multi-channel approach, including digital and traditional marketing methods.
- Community Engagement:
* Actively engage with community members, local organizations, and healthcare professionals.
* Attend community events, fairs, and gatherings to represent GlenOaks Senior Living Campus.
* Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources.
- Public Relations and Communication:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with local media outlets.
* Create compelling content for press releases, newsletters, and social media platforms.
- Travel and Outreach:
* Travel to surrounding counties to meet with potential residents, families, and healthcare partners.
* Conduct presentations to educate the community about the services provided by GlenOaks Senior Living Campus.
- Benefits Communication:
* Effectively communicate the comprehensive benefits offered by the facility to potential employees, residents, and their families.
- Reporting and Analytics:
* Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
* Provide regular reports on key performance indicators to evaluate the success of marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, Communications, or a related field. Prior experience required.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Energetic, proactive, and passionate about community engagement.
- Willingness to travel and attend evening or weekend events as needed.
