We are a high-performing, patient-focused, family dental practice in southeast Denver. We are looking to add an experienced and passionate dental professional to our front office for the role of Dental Business Coordinator. This position has a great opportunity for growth!! Responsibilities: • Support the vision of the office in all operations and interactions • Coordinate with patients and their scheduling needs, • Professionally prepare and respectfully present treatment plans, • Manage phones, phone systems, and other communication methods • Maintaining office scheduling appropriately • Maintain a respectful social media presence to connect with the community • Insurance verification and input • Process patient payments and co-pays • Post insurance payments and balance at day-end • Generate reports for recare and unscheduled treatment and make necessary calls • Work A/R reports Qualifications: • Professional • Reliable • Minimum two years dental front desk experience • Motivated self-starter • Accurate and detail-oriented • Top-notch communication skills on phones and in-person; • Follow-through on tasks • Optimal multi-tasker • Team player; • Dentrix experience is a plus. Compensation: $22 - $26+ hourly DOE
