PURPOSE OF JOB
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
Campaign Administration
Schedule meetings, prepare materials, and manage event logistics for the Campaign team, the Campaign Leadership Council, and Fund Development Executive team.
Prepare documents to track and analyze campaign progress toward fundraising goals
Global Fundraising Coordination
Support relationship management of key AUSA donors to Global Vision
Work closely with Alpha global teams to support executive engagement in the US with the preparation of bios, briefings and reports
Maintain the CRM (Salesforce), accurately input data, manage donor records, and run timely reports
**Events & Collateral **
Facilitate in-person campaign events and key donor gatherings with light event management as needed
Oversee and coordinate campaign collateral, ensuring materials are printed, stored and available when needed

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Passion for Alpha's mission
Detail-oriented, highly organized, able to manage multiple projects under deadlines, and confidential donor information
Strong writing and verbal skills for correspondence and presentations
High emotional intelligence, able to work across multiple teams and cultures
Experience with a CRM and ability to use software and AI to create and manage content
