Success in this position requires deep knowledge of MSSP business models, proven experience in channel sales or alliances, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

    About Our Client

This role leads program strategy, enablement, and execution to drive joint revenue, product adoption, and managed-services integration across key MSSPs, working cross-functionally with sales, technical alliances, marketing, and product teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Revenue Growth & Pipeline: Enable partner-led sales motions, co-sell/resell opportunities, and pricing/incentive strategies; track performance to ensure revenue targets are met.
    • Enablement & Marketing: Build enablement plans (onboarding, certifications, playbooks, sales/technical training) and support co-branded webinars, demand generation, and events.
    • Operational Excellence & Governance: Run QBRs and executive alignment; manage deal registration, incentives, escalations; uphold contract, pricing, and revenue recognition standards.

    Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years in MSSP partner management, channel sales, or alliances within a software OEM (cybersecurity preferred).
    • Deep understanding of MSSP business models, security operations, and managed services, with a track record aligning OEM software to partner offerings.
    • Hands-on experience collaborating with large global MSSPs (e.g., British Telecom, HCL, Wipro).
    • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity platforms and solutions (e.g., SIEM, XDR, SOAR, cloud) with proven GTM execution and revenue impact.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, cybersecurity, or related field (MBA preferred).

    Nice To Have

    • Prior leadership of governance rhythms (e.g., QBRs) and executive alignment across partner ecosystems.
    • Experience launching co-branded marketplace offers and field-ready playbooks.
    • Demonstrated success negotiating complex partner contracts at a global scale.
    • Broader exposure to additional global MSSPs beyond the named partners.

    Bonus / Nice to Have

    • MBA or advanced business/technology credentials.
    • History of building joint GTM for managed services bundles and partner-led sales motions.
    • Enablement organization build-out (cert programs, sales & technical academies).
