    OVERVIEW: SILTT is searching for a dynamic and highly motivated Global Compliance & Coordination Manager responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all CONUS (Continental United States) and OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) travel guidelines, including the preparation, verification, and maintenance of required travel documentation. This position serves as the primary liaison between travelers, management, and travel service providers, ensuring all travel is conducted efficiently, safely, and within company policy and regulatory requirements.     A CALL TO ACTION: As we charge ahead in the competitive world of technology and global sustainment, we need a strong Global Compliance & Coordination Manager to support our current and future projects . This critical position will collaborate with fellow SILTT teammates, stakeholders and executive leadership. Looking to the future, starting in 4Q2025 we plan to expand our staff beyond our current projections of 40-50 personnel to 100+ by 1Q2027. This Global Compliance & Coordination Manager will have the opportunity to be on the ground floor and help define the trajectory of our future!

    A DAY IN THE LIFE: In this role, you will support a high-impact operations organization that forms the backbone of enterprise service delivery. This role provides the opportunity to establish global mobility best practices and policies which ensures our traveling personnel adhere to company travel policies and ensures all CONUS and OCONUS regulatory requirements are met. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    1.Global Mobility and Compliance:

    Manage and monitor all travel documentation required for international and domestic work travel, to include:

    Passports, Visas, Work Permits, Country Clearances, Letters of Authorization (LOA), Vaccination Compliance, and Medical Clearances.

    Ensure compliance with all applicable DoD, federal, and host-nation regulations governing OCONUS work.

    Maintain centralized records of all employee travel documentation and expiration timelines.

    Coordinate with HR, Security, and Program Management to confirm eligibility and readiness for deployment or business travel.

    Serve as the company point of contact for SPOT, APACS, and DTS entries and approvals (if applicable).

    Liaise with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to immigration, tax, and labor requirements for foreign assignments.

    1. Travel Coordination:

    Act as the first point of contact for employees with travel-related questions or issues.

    Arrange and confirm travel itineraries, lodging, and transportation in alignment with company policy and approved budgets.

    Review and verify travel expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with cost limits.

    Work closely with Finance to reconcile travel expenses and ensure accurate cost allocations.

    Maintain vendor relationships to secure best pricing and service quality.

    1. Policy and Oversight:

    Enforce company travel policies and ensure all travelers receive required pre-travel briefings and approvals.

    Recommend updates to travel and mobility policies based on evolving regulations, risk levels, and company needs/requirements.

    Provide management reports on travel activity, costs, compliance status, and documentation metrics.

    Support internal audits and readiness reviews related to mobility documentation or travel compliance.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    6-8 years of experience in global mobility, travel management, or international travel operations.

    Familiarity with OCONUS deployment requirements, including SPOT, APACS, DTS, and LOA documentation.

    Strong understanding of U.S. and international visa, immigration, and work permit procedures.

    Proficient with the utilization of Google Workspace tools.

    Excellent organizational and communication skills with a high-level of attention to detail.

    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

    ABILITY TO WORK REMOTE: Hybrid. The work associated with this role is expected to be performed mostly remote, though may be performed on-site as desired, and will require periodic, planned attendance at SILTT HQ in Leesburg, VA for company meetings and project events.
