POSITION SUMMARY
The Social & Digital Media Coordinator will take on the day-to-day responsibilities of the company's social media presence across multiple platforms as well as assist in creation and editing of written, video and photo content, internally and externally. Collaborate with marketing team to create the social media calendar and monitor social media channels

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related preferred and two years related marketing experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premier Pro) or equivalent digital media editing tools is a plus.
Well versed in social media and current marketing trends
Excellent copywriting, proofreading and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented, exhibits a high level of creativity and bold initiatives with confidence and forward thinking
Knowledge and proficiency with still and motion cameras, both production and editing is a plus but preferred
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Ability to conduct research as required on the Internet and other systems that may be available; intermediate to advanced ability to use MS Excel spreadsheet software and MS Word software.
Must be able to travel 25% of the time as required to attend customer events, marketing presentations, customer visits, training, conferences and related type of events as necessary to accomplish the goals and strategies of the company. May require overnight travel.
