Job Description

Forge Forward, Inc. is searching for an Management Analyst to work in our San Diego, CA location.

The Management Analyst will support a multi-discipline team to coordinate between IT service customers and IT service providers to collect requirements, assess service requests, build briefs and present recommendations.

In addition, this position will directly interface with process stakeholders, facilitate meetings, develop management briefs and reports, and perform information system administration. The candidate will also support related activities: demand forecasting, continuous process improvement, configuration management, etc. This position will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships.

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND SKILLS:

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, and Project
• Understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
• Strong technical editing and writing background
• Self-motivated and capable of performing tasks with limited oversight, and an enthusiastic performer able to work in a fast-paced, highly visible setting
• Ability to establish, implement and maintain operating goals and objectives

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related technical field
• 5 years of IT/C4I experience for the US Navy or DoD
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (If candidate does not have a PMP, they will be required to get a certification within 6 months.)
• US citizen with active Secret clearance

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Prior Experience with U.S. Navy C4I Systems
• Experience with CMPro
• Experience in a DoD environment
• ITIL Foundations
