MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT ROLE:
This is a key role within the company focused on proactively generating new business which leads to increased customer retention for our client. This fast-paced role will utilize your skills in direct communication along with your keen attention to detail and ability to work in a team and independently.
MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Train all new team members on company policies & procedures
- Ensure all team members maintain continuous training as needed
- Roleplay customer service and sales procedures daily or weekly with all appropriate team members
- Maintain a positive, productive culture among all team members
- Encourage teamwork, positivity, and accountability among all team members
- Hold regular team meetings to hold the team accountable, train on new or existing policies and procedures, maintain morale and ensure the team is operating at the highest possible level.
- Maintain accurate and timely records on all team members, including on any disciplinary processes
MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT QUALIFICATOINS:
- Customer service-oriented and outgoing personality
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- High School degree or higher
- Fluent in English
- Experience with sales, business management or marketing a plus
- Strong communication skills and active listening
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to different roles
