    Job Description

    Transpak Inc. has an excellent reputation in the automotive industry for our fulfillment, light assembly, logistics, warehousing, and distribution services to many OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers.

    We are looking to hire a Receptionist for our front desk. The Receptionist will provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondences, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

    • Answer telephones and directs caller to appropriate associate. Will transfer caller to associate voice mailbox when associate is not available.
    • Takes and receives messages for various personnel.
    • Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to company location, fax numbers, emails, website and other related functions.
    • Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail.
    • Coordinates the pickup and delivery of express mail services.
    • Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of office supplies.
    • Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filling and collating.
