Role Mission:
The key objective of the Global head of patients is to develop the overall strategy to further build out, maintain and actively grow the existing global patient product offering. Using industry leading technologies, our desire is to give patients a strong platform to share their voice and experiences to improve future outcomes.
A successful candidate for this role will be able to passionately present the key differentiators and capabilities of our global offering to clients as required whilst managing the resources, technology and successful outputs of a global patient team focused on growing and engaging our patient community. The global head of patients will partner closely with global Business Unit leaders to ensure that all patient teams are strategically aligned and operating at peak efficiency and profitability. Success will be measured by a strong internal completion focus and growth of our patient offering, impacting the delivery of M3’s revenue and profit goals.
This senior group role requires a strong focus on successfully delivering:
- A unified commercial strategy with a clear go-to-market which can be implemented by the group.
- A detailed recruitment plan to build out further the existing capabilities and create a world class panel offering that can deliver for our clients and be sustained through cost effective recruitment methods and engagement management.
- Ensuring we attract industry leading talent to support delivering the patient research
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Provide product and market intelligence to expand patient product lines, identifying market opportunities to grow sales and generate new revenue streams and product utilization
- Develop business solutions to improve the existing patient market research offering
- Drive digital innovation including AI-enabled engagement and automation.
- Design and execute the global strategy for patient offering, incorporating action items and plans with sales, operations, panel, business performance, marketing and technology departments
- Support the business development team with regular trainings to improve their patient product knowledge
- Drive alignment across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Technology and regional leaders.
- Closely Monitor client satisfaction scores, develop and execute plans to drive repeat business
- Develop and oversee patient product marketing initiatives and drive client engagement and public relations
- Oversee the recruitment and engagement of patient support groups and patient associations, ensuring that strategic collaboration is in place and long-term partnerships are created
- Develop and support vendor and partner relationships to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
- Observe compliance with GDPR, ISO, legal, and best-practice policies and guidelines in all decisions, patient recruitment and other business initiatives
- Strengthen global data-protection culture and governance across the patient offering.
- Attend client meetings to consult on patient product capabilities and expertise in patient fieldwork
- Act as senior executive sponsor for key clients.
- Lead the strategic development and optimisation of patient panel technology, ensuring platforms support global growth, high responsiveness, seamless user experience, and best in class quality standards.
- Oversee the design, execution, and continuous improvement of global patient panel growth strategies, ensuring sustainable increases in registrations, reactivations, and unique participants across all markets.
