    Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time-consuming, and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but we've made our way from down under to our hubs in San Francisco and Austin, which are now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

We’re investing in the next phase of our Sales Operations function to unlock smarter, faster, and more AI-augmented go-to-market execution. We're looking for a Sales Operations leader to own our global sales operations team and business partner model with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Partnerships teams.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll shape how we manage sales territories, bookings, forecasting, policies, systems, and the operational stack that powers our field teams. You’ll help bridge the gap between self-serve and enterprise sales motions, operationalizing our evolving PLG strategy, and supporting Canva’s revenue growth at scale.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

    • Leading and evolving the global Sales Operations function, overseeing strategy, systems, and scalable processes across the full GTM motion.
    • Owning core revenue operations processes, including CRM enrichment and hygiene, territory design, lead routing, pipeline and forecast management, and sales performance measurement.
    • Building and driving forecasting accuracy and cadence in partnership with Sales leadership and Finance, enabling clear visibility into performance and planning.
    • Driving Bookings Policy design and Deal Desk alignment, ensuring governance, compliance, and efficiency while enabling high-velocity deal flow.
    • Establishing and maintaining Rules of Engagement and Sales Policy frameworks that support fair, efficient, and productive selling across regions and segments.
    • Partnering deeply with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships leaders through a Field Operations business partner model, supporting regional nuances and go-to-market priorities.
    • Operationalizing product-led sales signals, ensuring sellers have the right data, context, and triggers to act on user intent and product usage insights.
    • Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Systems, Growth, Finance, Legal, and Enablement to ensure strong alignment, process excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the revenue engine.
    • Hiring, developing, and scaling a high-performing team of revenue operations analysts and leads, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

You're probably a match if you have:

    • A wealth of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Business Operations at a fast-scaling SaaS company in a senior leadership role.
    • Led and scaled global Sales Ops teams and know how to balance strategic leadership with operational execution.
    • Deep expertise across the sales operations stack, including forecasting, territory and quota planning, deal desk, pipeline management, lead routing, and CRM governance.
    • A track record of building and running accurate, scalable forecasting processes in collaboration with Sales and Finance stakeholders.
    • You're a strong business partner who can influence and collaborate across Sales, CS, Partnerships, Finance, Product, and Marketing orgs.
    • Experience or strong interest in supporting Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions, and understanding how to bridge product signals and sales workflows.
    • A strong understanding of Customer Success and Partnership Operations, and how those teams intersect with sales growth.
    • You’re excited by the future of AI in Sales Ops and are already hands-on with AI-native tools (we use Clay and Pocus) or similar platforms.
    • You’re highly analytical and systems-minded, but also have the EQ and communication skills to influence at the executive level.
    • You're energized by building—you love to scale smart, reduce friction, and empower others to do their best work.

    About the team:

This role sits within the GTM Operations organization at Canva. GTM Operations brings together Strategy & Programs, Systems, Enablement, and Field Operations to power Canva’s global Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams. Together, we enable Canva’s hybrid go-to-market motion — blending product-led growth with high-touch sales — to empower the world to design, while scaling efficiently and intelligently.
